Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner prays for grant of anticipatory bail in Bibhutipur P.S. Case No. 369/2020 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 147/341/323/379/302 of the Indian Penal Code.

The name of the petitioner has come in the dying declaration of the deceased as one of the assailants of the deceased.

Under the facts and circumstances, this is not a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail.

It is, accordingly, dismissed.
