JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 09-05-2018 By way of present modification application, petitioner seeks to modify the order dated 19.04.2018, passed in Cr. Misc. No. 61234 of 2017, by which the petitioner was granted the privilege of anticipatory bail.
It has been submitted that since the name and address of the father of petitioner has inadvertently been typed in the bail petition as "Late Sahdev Prasad Singh, R/o Vill.- Bilasi, P.S.- Bahadurganj in the District of Kishanganj", the same has also been recorded in the order dated 19.04.2018, whereas the correct name and address of father of petitioner is "Late Salimuddin, Resident of Village - Altabari' and further prayed for four weeks time to surrender before the court below. In such view of the matter, the order dated
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.28607 of 2018 (2) dt.09-05-2018 2/2 19.04.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 61234 of 2017 is modified to the extent that name and address of the father of the petitioner be read as Late Salimuddin, Resident of Village - Altabari in place of Late Sahdev Prasad Singh, R/o Vill.- Bilasi, P.S.- Bahadurganj in the District of Kishanganj.
Further four weeks time is allowed to petitioner to surrender before the court below.
Accordingly, modification application is allowed. Let a copy of this order be communicated to the court below forthwith.
