The present petition has been filed seeking the following relief :- "(i) For quashing the order taking cognizance dated 29.07.2013, passed by the learned court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria in connection with Forbesganj PS case no. 410 of 2008 for the offence punishable under Sections 4/5 of Bihar Essential Service Maintenance Act."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to raise all the issues raised in the present petition, before the learned Trial Court, at an appropriate stage. Liberty so sought, is granted.
