The Petitioner apprehends his arrest in Buxar (I) P.S. Case No.147 of 2016 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 452, 341, 323, 504/34 Indian Penal Code and Section 25(1-b) a of the Arms Act.

It is alleged in the written report that the petitioner and others came to the house of the Informant. Co-accused Rajeev Kumar attempted to fire, but did not take place. He was arrested on the spot. Allegation against the petitioner is that he merely abused the Informant. It has been stated in para 3 that the petitioner has no criminal antecedents.

In the circumstances, prayer of the petitioner for

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.1613 of 2017 (2) dt.18-01-2017 2/2 anticipatory bail is allowed. In the event of surrender/arrest of the petitioner, named above, within six weeks from today in connection with Buxar (I) P.S. Case No.147 of 2016, he shall be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of `10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bxuar, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.
