1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned GA-3.

The Court is not inclined to entertain the writ application for the reason that petitioner has alternative remedy of assailing the order dated 07.04.2025, passed by the Circle Officer, Jalalpur, District-Saran, in Encroachment Case No.10/2024-2025, before the authority concerned, in terms of Bihar Land Encroachment Act, 1956, but then the petitioner instead of availing his alternative remedy, has straightway rushed to this court.
