Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Amnour P.S. Case No. 152 of 2016 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 188, 420/34 of the Indian Penal Code read with Sections 47, 47(a), 48 (2) of Bihar Excise (Amended) Act, 2016.

From a vehicle foreign liquor was recovered, when the vehicle met with an accident. The driver disclosed that the petitioner was involved in the business.

Submission is of false implication and that the petitioner is not the owner of the vehicle, the occurrence allegedly took place on 25.08.2016. Besides the confessional statement of driver, there is nothing against the petitioner.

In the facts and circumstances stated above, the petitioner

No.54065 of 2016 (2) dt.20-12-2016 above named, in case of his arrest or surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, shall be released on bail on execution of bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Amrendra Prasad, J. M. Ist Class, Saran at Chapra in connection with Amnour P.S. Case No. 152 of 2016, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
