Learned counsel for the petitioner is directed to remove the defect(s), as pointed out by the office, within a period of four weeks.

The present application has been filed for modification of the order dated 22-04-2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 18356 of 2022 by which the petitioner was granted anticipatory bail in connection with Begusarai P.S. Case No. 234 of 2020. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that in the prayer portion of main petition of Cr. Misc. No. 18356 of 2022, "Begusarai P.S. Case No. 234 of 2020" has wrongly been mentioned in place of "Bhagwanpur P.S. Case No. 234 of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.33390 of 2022(2) dt.06-07-2022 2/2 2020" and due to that, same mistake occurred in the order dated 22-04-2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 18356 of 2022. Considering the submissions made on behalf of the petitioners, the order dated 22-04-2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 18356 of 2022 is modified to the extent that "Begusarai P.S. Case No. 234 of 2020" mentioned in the last paragraph of the order be read as " Bhagwanpur P.S. Case No. 234 of 2020" . The period of surrender of the petitioner in the court below is extended for a further period of six weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order. The rest of the conditions shall remain the same as mentioned in the order dated 22-04-2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 18356 of 2022. The order dated 22-04-2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 18356 of 2022 is modified to the extent as indicated above. The modification application is, accordingly, disposed of. (Sudhir Singh, J) A.K.V.//- U T
