This is a petition for grant of anticipatory bail for offence under Sections 341, 323, 324, 498A, 308 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Perused the report of the Mediator, dated 23.03.2017. The petitioner has complied some of the conditions and is ready to comply the remaining conditions.

In the circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender, within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order, be released on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Dhoraiya (Dhankund) P.S. Case No. 142 of 2016 to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Banka, or successor Court, subject to the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.49274 of 2016 (5) dt.06-04-2017 2/2 conditions laid down under Section 438(2) of the Criminal Procedure Code and if the petitioner would fail to comply all the settlement conditions, mentioned in the Mediator's report, within six months, the Court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond.
