ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 23-12-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

The petitioner apprehends her arrest in connection with a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420/409/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though there is allegation that work as directed by her, had not been completed within time, she submits that work in question has now been completed and completion certificate has been annexed which is marked as Annexure2. He further submits that on the said basis co-accused Priyadarshi Jaykant, Head Master of the Primary School, Pathan Tola, Bhargama, Araria has since been extended the privilege of anticipatory bail by a bench of this Court vide order dated 14.12.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 49605 of 2016.

In view of the aforementioned circumstances and that the petitioner being similarly placed, let the petitioner abovenamed, in the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.54696 of 2016 (2) dt.23-12-2016 P2/2 event of her arrest / surrender within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria in connection with Bhargama P.S. Case No. 21/2016, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
