Mr. Devendra Kr. Sinha, A.A.G.2 =========================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE AJAY KUMAR TRIPATHI ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 11-03-2016 A decision has been taken in terms of the policy contained in Annexure-1. The reason seems to be cogent and valid. Nobody has a right to claim benefit over and above the entitlement laid down in terms of the policy, procedure or statute. If the claim raised by the petitioner does not come within the ambit of such a claim, the Court will not interfere with the impugned order dated 31.01.2014, specially for an employee working in the High Court who is supposed to know law more than the rest.

Writ is dismissed.
