Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with G.B. Nagar P.S. Case No. 390 of 2023 registered for the offences punishable under Section 396 of the Indian Penal Code read with Section 27 of the Arms Act.

In the nature of allegation as alleged in the FIR, the Court is not inclined to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner as the informant alleges that six armed criminals entered the jewellery shop of his brother and committed loot and even fired, on account of which his brother died, though the name of the petitioner has transpired in the confessional statement of co-accused, but then investigation of
