2. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to prefer an appeal before the Commissioner, as the appointment has been made in terms of the Anganbari Sevika and Sahayika Appointment Guidelines, 2019.
3. Learned counsel for the State has no objection for the same.
