In this case, the petitioner is complaining that the opposite party has not complied the order dated 17.03.2015 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 2415 of 2015, therein the Court has directed that as the amount of Provident Fund has not been paid to the petitioner on account of laches on the part of the respondents, she will entitled for up-to-date interest as per the Provident Fund Rules and with the above observation and direction, C.W.J.C. No. 2415 of 2015 was disposed of.

In pursuance thereof, the amount of Rs. 60,610/- has been credited to the account of the petitioner that includes up-to-

Patna High Court MJC No.768 of 2016 (2) dt.13-02-2017 date interest, so much so, as per the State, earlier also, the certain amount has been credited to the account of the petitioner. In such view of the matter, there is no purpose to keep the matter pending, but if the statement is found to be incorrect, the petitioner will have to file an application for getting this case revived.

With the above observation and direction, this petition is disposed of.
