The petitioner is apprehending her arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 304(B) and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3⁄4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

The prosecution case as lodged by the informant is that his daughter's marriage has been solemnized in the year 2015 and due to non-fulfillment of demand of dowry his daughter has been killed by the husband and his family members.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that she is

He submits that the petitioner is an unmarried sister-in-law (Nanad) of the deceased. He further submits that the husband of the petitioner is in jail as mentioned in para-10 of the bail petition. In the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of the order, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned S.D.J.M., Masaurhi, Patna in connection with Dhanarua Police Station Case No. 279 of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
