1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that inadvertently in Cr. Misc. No.18866 of 2026, the P.S. Case was recorded as Kishanganj Excise P. S. Case No.149 of 2021, when it ought to have been Bahadurganj P. S. Case No. 149 of 2021. It is thus submitted that when anticipatory bail was granted to the petitioner by order dated 26.03.2026 in Cr. Misc. No.18866 of 2026, the P.S. case was recorded as Kishanganj Excise P. S. Case No.149 of 2021, when it ought to have been Bahadurganj P. S. Case No.149 of 2021.

3. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, at Para-6 of the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.31121 of 2026(2) dt.15-05-2026 2/2 order dated 26.03.2026 in Cr. Misc. No.18866 of 2026, Kishanganj Excise P. S. Case No.149 of 2021 shall be read as Bahadurganj P. S. Case No.149 of 2021.

4. It is made clear that if petitioner surrenders on or before 22.05.2026, his provisional anticipatory bail bonds shall be accepted, other conditions will remain the same.

5. The order dated 26.03.2026 in Cr. Misc. No.18866 of 2026 is modified to the extent as indicated above. (Satyavrat Verma, J) vikash/- U T
