That this is an application for issuance of a writ of Certiorari for quashing of the order dated 27.10.2014 and corrigendum dated 18.11.2014 (Annexure-13 and 13/1) read with communication dated 30.09.2021 (Annexure-15) by which respondents have rejected case of petitioner for promotion ignoring the order/directions passed earlier by the Hon'ble Court in the matter and also for issuance of a writ of Mandamus directing / commanding the respondents to consider and give

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the respondents authorities for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

The present writ petition stands dismissed as not pressed.
