The instant application for regular bail has been filed by the petitioners in connection with Durgawati P.S. Case No. 93 of 2023 instituted for the offence punishable under Sections 8(c)/21(c)22/27(A)/29 of N.D.P.S. Act. Earlier the applications for regular bail of the petitioners was rejected by order dated 10.10.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 35751 of 2023 and 39729 of 2023 with an observation to learned trial court to expedite the trial and conclude the same as soon as possible.

No.31804 of 2024(3) dt.19-07-2024 2/2 In pursuance to the direction of this Court, a report, dated 03.07.2024, with regard to present stage of trial has been received and the same is kept at flag 'X'. From its perusal it appears that the trial may be concluded within a period of 6 months.

No fresh ground is made for reconsideration of the regular bail of the petitioners. Hence, prayer for grant of regular bail is rejected.

Accordingly, petition stands disposed off.

However, learned trial court is directed to conclude the trial within stipulated period ie. 6 months., failing which, the petitioners will be at liberty to renew their prayer of bail. (Sunil Kumar Panwar, J) Nirajkrs/- U T
