2. The present application has been preferred for the following relief(s):

(i) for issuance of appropriate writ/writs, order/orders, direction/directions commanding the respondents not to construct the Panchayat Sarkar Bhawan of Gram Singhia, District-Panchayat Raj Mahen, Block Samastipur at Village-Mahen on the land of the petitioner of Mauza- Mahen Khaira, Thana No. Singhia pertaining to New Khata No.801, New Khesra No. 842,

(ii). For other relief/reliefs to which the petitioner may be found to be legally entitled too.

3. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that it will suffice if they are allowed to represent before the respondent No. 3, the District Magistrate, Samastipur for the redressal of the grievance.

5. In that background, the writ petition is disposed of allowing the petitioner to move before the respondent no. 3, the District Magistrate, Samastipur in next four weeks who shall be looking into the matter and after hearing the parties, shall pass a reasoned order in accordance with law.
