====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 12-04-2018 The petitioner was directed by the learned Family Court, Kaimur at Bhabua to pay a total amount of Rs. 3000/- to the opposite parties viz. his wife and his daughter.

Later, a Division Bench of this Court vide order dated 01.10.2010, set aside the direction of the Family Court, Kaimur at Bhabua for grant of any maintenance to opposite party no. 1 in the event of her having been divorced by the petitioner.

However, the Division Bench directed the petitioner to pay a monthly sum of Rs. 1000/- per month to the opposite party no. 2 during the pendency

After some arguments, learned counsel appearing for the parties have agreed for a consent order whereby the petitioner would be under an obligation to pay an amount of Rs. 1250/- per month to the opposite party no. 2 viz. his daughter from the month of April, 2018 till the time she gets married. The aforesaid payment shall be made in the bank account of opposite party no. 2 which shall be communicated to the petitioner by opposite party no. 1 within a period of two weeks.

This revision petition is disposed of in terms of the aforesaid consent order. To specify further, the petitioner would be required to pay Rs. 1250/- per month to opposite party no. 2 through her bank account from the month of April, 2018 till the time she gets married.

This revision petition is disposed of in terms of the above.
