The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 448, 341, 323, 379, 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The prosecution case in short is that on the basis of petty issue, altercation took place and in consequence thereof, two persons from the side of the informant, were assaulted by the accused persons.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. There is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 30-01-2019. Charge sheet has already been submitted. The injury on the side of the accused has not been explained by the prosecution. The prosecution has

On behalf of the State and O.P. No. 2, it is submitted that the petitioner is named in the Complaint Case/F.I.R. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Naugachia in connection with Naugachia P.S. Case No. 30 of 2019.
