The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Parsa P.S. Case No. 95 of 2013 registered under Sections 304-B and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the court of Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Saran at Chapra. The prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners was earlier rejected on merit vide order dated 08.10.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 42581 of 2015 by this Court. No any fresh ground has been raised in the present petition to reconsider the prayer for anticipatory bail.
Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, I find no ground to reconsider the prayer for anticipatory bail
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.683 of 2017 (2) dt.18-01-2017 of the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected.
