2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 191(2), 115(2), 126(2), 109, 303(2), 352, 351(2) and 351(3) of the B.N.S..
3. As per prosecution case, on 13.04.2025 at about 2:30 PM, all the F.I.R. named accused persons, including this petitioner, assaulted informant, his father and his son. It is further alleged that the accused persons also snatched gold locket from neck of informant.

4. It is submitted by learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner that petitioner is quite innocent and has committed no offence. As a matter of fact, due to petty dispute over dumping of garbage, simple maar-peet took place between the parties in which both sides sustained injuries. There is case and counter-case. Doctor has found the injuries, allegedly caused by this petitioner, simple in nature. Rest of the allegations are ornamental in order to make the case grave.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, case and counter-case between the parties and nature of injuries allegedly caused by this petitioner, the prayer for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner is allowed.
7. Accordingly, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of eight weeks from today, let the above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned J.M.F.C. 1st, Patna City in connection with Shajhapur P.S. Case No. 26 of 2025, subject to
