The petitioner seeks bail in Naugachia P. S. Case No. 30 of 2019 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 448, 341, 323, 379 and 307/34 of the IPC .

There is allegation against this petitioner of causing injury on the head of Bijay Anand, son of the informant with sword. The injury report of the injured Bijay Anand has been annexed as Annexure-3 series to the bail petition, wherein, the doctor has found one incise wound i.e. 2"x 1"x 1" (R) temporal region of scalp and the opinion with regard to injury has been kept reserved.

Learned counsel for petitioner submits that there is case and counter case between the parties. Learned counsel

Petitioner is in custody since 19.2.2019 having no criminal antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the ACJM Naugachia in connection with in Naugachia P. S. Case No. 30 of 2019 subject to the condition that both the bailors shall be the close relative of the petitioner.
