JUSTICE RAJENDRA KUMAR MISHRA ORAL ORDER 10-05-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Makhdumpur P.S. Case No.99 of 2018 registered for the offences under Sections 365 and 366(A) of I.P.C.

Accusation is that on 27.3.2018 the daughter of the informant, namely, Moni Kumari had gone to the house of Pawan Kumar who happens to be the son of the petitioner to bring milk but she did not return. Later on the informant came to know that Pawan Kumar kidnapped his daughter with the help of this petitioner.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that, in fact, the daughter of the informant had love affairs

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.29186 of 2018 (2) dt.10-05-2018 2/2 with the son of the petitioner. She eloped with Pawan Yadav and on her own volition she left her house. It is further submitted that as the petitioner is the father of Pawan Yadav, he has been falsely implicated in this case.

Having considered the facts and the circumstances of the case, let the petitioner above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the C.J.M., Jehanabad, in Makhdumpur P.S. Case No.99 of 2018 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. (Rajendra Kumar Mishra, J) AnilKrSinha/- U
