JUSTICE VIKASH JAIN ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 12-08-2016 The present writ petition has been filed for a direction to the respondents to provide the petitioner the site list of the project in respect of Agreement No. 10 F2 of 2009-10 executed between the petitioner and respondent no. 5; and to revise the rates of the project as per present price index and extend the time limitation for implementation of the project/contract in respect of the said agreement.

2. Despite repeated calls, no one appears on behalf of the petitioner.

3. At the very outset, learned counsel for the respondents states that the relevant agreement contemplated only for a period of six months for completion of the work in terms of order dated 19.01.2010 (Annexure-1), which has already elapsed.

4. In that view of the matter, the prayer in the writ petition has been rendered infructuous by efflux of time and no positive relief can be granted at this belated stage.

5. The application is accordingly dismissed as having become infructuous.
