JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 19-06-2019 Earlier the application for grant of bail of the petitioner was rejected vide order dated 20.9.2018 with liberty to the petitioner to renew his prayer for bail if the trial is not concluded within a period of six months.

Nearly nine months has passed but the trial has not been concluded.

Considering the liberty granted to the petitioner vide order dated 20.9.2018, the petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of 8th Addl. Sessions Judge, Muzaffarpur, in connection with S. Tr. No. 89 of 2019 arising out of Kazimohammadpur P.S. Case No. 247 of 2018.
