This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Chauradano P.S. Case No. 192 of 2020 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 364-A, 387, 506, 120-B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the fact that the parties have land

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.38365 of 2021(2) dt.18-05-2022 2/2 dispute and the present case has been lodged after a great delay of 27 days, this anticipatory bail application is allowed. Let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest/surrender within four weeks from today in the Court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned S.D.J.M., Raxaul, District- East Champaran, in connection with Chauradano P.S.
