The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Parihar P.S. Case No. 115/2016, registered for the offences punishable under Section 353 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code. The S.H.O. of Parihar alleged that he got information that Panchayat Samiti Member, namely, Ram Bachan Singh and Anjani Sharma @ Ginu Thakur entered into verbal altercation and that is why both sides have blocked the road. The informant along with other police officials came at the place of occurrence. It is alleged that the petitioner is also one of the member of the mob who was having belt in his hand.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that no specific allegation is made against the petitioner. The petitioner

Considering the facts aforesaid and nature of allegation made against the petitioner, the petitioner above named in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate VI, Sitamarhi, in connection with Parihar P.S. Case No. 115/2016, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
