2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Barhara Kothi P.S. Case No. 146 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 379, 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The allegation against the petitioner is that he gave a Khanti blow on the head of the of the wife of the informant due to which she sustained injury and during the treatment, she died. The petitioner is in custody since 25.12.2024.

4. Considering the nature of the allegation and the gravity of the offence, I am not inclined to grant regular bail to
