This is a petition for grant of anticipatory bail for offence under Sections 409 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code. Co-accused, Rubi Devi, and Md. Hameemuddin, the headmaster of the school against whom there is allegation of defalcation of public money have already been allowed anticipatory bail in Cr. Misc. No. 47575 of 2016 and Cr. Misc. No. 8638 of 2016 by coordinate Benches of this Court. Allegation against the petitioner, who is another Secretary of the school, is on better footing. Considering the aforesaid fact, the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender, within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Begusarai Mufassil P.S. Case No. 394 of 2015 to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai, or successor Court, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438(2) of the Criminal Procedure Code.
