Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.P.P. appearing on behalf of the State. 2.

The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Nawada Town (Kadirganj O.P.) P.S. Case No. 1132 of 2019 and POCSO Case No. 12 of 2022 registered under Sections 366-A and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in the present case due to dirty village politics. Further submission is that the specific allegation is against the co-accused persons namely, Manish

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.28765 of 2023(2) dt.21-07-2023 2/2 Kumar and Vivek Kumar. It is also submitted that the petitioners have got no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing personal bonds each to the satisfaction of Additional Sessions Judge-VI-cum-Special Judge (POCSO), Nawada in connection with Nawada Town (Kadirganj O.P.) P.S. Case No. 1132 of 2019 and POCSO Case No. 12 of 2022, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
