The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Sono P.S. Case No.39 of 2009, registered under Sections 302, 201, 120B of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. in course of investigation the name of the petitioner and one Bhim Yadav has come in the supervision note of SDPO and S.P. in para 24 and 77 of the case diary, except that there is nothing against the petitioner to show his involvement in the present case. Further submission is that while petitioner is accused in Jhajha P.S. Case No. 169 of 2013, under Section 307, 323 of the I.P.C., but he is on bail. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail, in the event of his
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.716 of 2017 (3) dt.06-02-2017 2/2 arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the A.C.J.M. Jamui in connection with Sono P.S. Case No. 39 of 2009, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
