2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Pakribarawan P.S. Case No. 547 of 2023 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 66 (B), 66 (D) of I.T. Act.

3. As per prosecution case, on a secret information, the police conducted raid at the bamboo orchard and arrested coaccused Lalan Yadav who confessed that he along with the other accused persons including the petitioner are involved in cheating people in the name of providing online loan who fled away from the spot.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent andp has falsely been implicated in this case. Petitioner is a young man aged about 23 years having no

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.31903 of 2024(2) dt.22-05-2024 2/2 criminal antecedent and except the confessional statement of the co-accused Lalan Yadav there is no material against the petitioner. He further submits that the other co-accused persons have already been granted anticipatory bail by the learned court below. Petitioner undertakes to cooperate in the investigation and trial.

5. Learned APP opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt of the order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the concerned Court where the case is pending in connection with Pakribarawan P.S. Case No. 547 of 2023, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
