For the Petitioner : Mr. Mrityunjay Kumar, Advocate. For the State : Mr. S.S.P. Yadav (SC14) ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE KISHORE KUMAR MANDAL ORAL ORDER 23-08-2016 Heard.

The State counsel for the state submit that an order dated 10.05.2013 (Annexure-1) was passed on the petitioner's earlier writ petition and again the petitioner has approached this Court with similar grievance against the orders passed by the Bihar State Women Commission.

It appears the petitioner had earlier moved this Court for identical relief which was declined under the order dated 10.05.2013 (Annexure-1). No leave was sought and granted by the Court.

The present writ application, in my view, is

Patna High Court CWJC No.1601 of 2014 (3) dt.23-08-2016 2/2 misconceived and not maintainable. Accordingly, it is dismissed. (Kishore Kumar Mandal, J.) Ravi/- U
