JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 18-10-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Brahmpura P.S. Case No.215 of 2014 registered under Sections 365/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that due to property dispute the petitioner and the informant, even the sister of the informant were made accused, the boy was concealed somewhere else and turned up and got his statement recorded and other co-accused Kabir Ahmad has been granted anticipatory bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court vide Cr. Misc. No.28909 of 2017 on 10.08.2017 and this petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let petitioner, named above, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within four weeks from today,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.50106 of 2017 (2) dt.18-10-2017 2 /2 be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur in connection with Brahmpura P.S.
