2. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Kesariya P.S. Case No. 132 of 2023 registered for the offence under Sections 392 of the Indian Penal Code and subsequently, charge-sheet has been submitted under Section 394 of the IPC and 27 of the Arms Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner's involvement has come in the crime and he has also an antecedent.

4. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

5. In view of the aforesaid fact, this Court is not

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.33522 of 2024(3) dt.20-07-2024 2/2 inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the prayer of bail of the petitioner is rejected herewith.
