JUSTICE AJAY KUMAR TRIPATHI ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 28-03-2016 No interference is warranted with the impugned order dated 23.9.2013 passed by the District Teachers Employment Appellate Authority, Siwan primarily on the ground that settled position would not be unsettled now after so many years. Secondly, the whole process of appointment and selection has undergone a change and no person, who has not qualified Teachers Eligibility Test, can be appointed as a Teacher, even if it is appointment as a Panchayat Teacher.

Writ is dismissed.
