24-03-2017 Heard Sri Anil Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner, learned A.C. to Standing Counsel - 2 as well as learned counsel, who has appeared on behalf of opposite party no. 2. The present petition has been filed with a prayer to restore C.W.J.C. No. 15834 of 2011, which stood dismissed due to non-prosecution of peremptory order dated 24-03-2014. After hearing learned counsel for the parties and considering the fact disclosed in the petition, same is allowed. Let C.W.J.C. No. 15834 of 2011 be restored to its original file.

It is clarified that if order dated 24-03-2014 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 15834 of 2011 is not complied with within a period of three weeks from today, the writ petition i.e.C.W.J.C.No. 15834 of 2011 shall stand dismissed without further reference to a Bench. (Rakesh Kumar, J. ) Anay U
