JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 11-11-2016 The petitioner has questioned the legality of the judgment, dated 16.06.2012 passed by the learned First Additional Sessions Judge, Muzaffarpur in connection with Criminal Appeal No. 133 of 2009, whereby he has set aside the order of conviction, dated 09.11.2009, passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate First Class in trial No. 2257 of 2009 arising out of Kanti P.S. Case No. 133 of 1987, which was lodged for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468 and 471 of the Indian Penal Code.

2. From the records I find that complete certified copy of the judgment under challenge has not been filed by the petitioner.

3. In such circumstance, this application cannot be maintained.

4. This application is, accordingly, dismissed as not maintainable.

5. I have not gone into the merits of the case of the parties. The petitioner may have the liberty to file fresh revision application with all essential documents as required under law.
