Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Desari P.S. Case No. 61 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under section 30(a) of the Bihar Excise Act.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. He is neither the driver nor the owner of the vehicle in question. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of this petitioner. Petitioner is in custody since 06.03.2019.
