So far petitioner no.1 is concerned, learned counsel for the petitioners makes a prayer for disposal of the present writ petition, so that in the light of the order passed by this Court in C.W.J.C.No.16598 of 2007 with C.W.J.C.No.15599/2008, the petitioner may approach the Respondent no.2/ Secretary-cumCommissioner, Human Resources Development Department, Bihar, Patna regarding the grievance raised in the present writ petition.
The prayer is allowed.
The writ petition stands disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner no.1 to approach the authority concerned. If any representation is filed by the petitioner no.1, the Court expects that Respondent no.2 may examine the same and passed appropriate order in accordance with law after collecting information from all concerned expeditiously.
