2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 363, 366(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per the prosecution case, on 01.01.2024 at 9 AM, the daughter of informant, aged about 16 years, had gone to school, but did not return and upon search, informant came to know that this petitioner and other co-accused, named in the F.I.R., have kidnapped his daughter for the purpose of marriage.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner was having love affair with the victim. After recovery of the victim, her statement got recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C., wherein she has stated that she married with this petitioner and has not alleged any wrong against this petitioner. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as 164 Cr.P.C. statement of victim, in the event of arrest/surrender before the Court below within a period of eight weeks from today, let the above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned J.M. 1st Class-cum-Additional Munsif, Samastipur in connection with Khanpur P.S. Case No. 09 of 2024, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
