2. It appears from perusal of record that report through letter no. 12 dated 30.04.2024 was made available to this Court in terms of order dated 18.04.2024 by the learned trial court.
3. From perusal of the said report, it appears that all witnesses now examined in this case and the matter is
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.40088 of 2016(6) dt.19-06-2024 2/2 now fixed for final argument before the learned trial court.
4. In view of the report as made available to this Court by learned trial court, Mr. Ajay Mukherjee, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw the present petition.
