Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State through video conferencing. The petitioner apprehends her arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 341, 307 and 323/34 of the Indian Penal Code, registered in connection with Kishanganj P.S.Case No.15 of 2020.

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that it was the dispute between the informant and her husband Jeera Lal Singh and both the parties have compromised the case. He has also submitted that considering

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.37955 of 2021(2) dt.08-02-2022 2/2 the factum of compromise, the husband Jeera Lal Singh has been granted anticipatory bail in Cr.Misc. No.13254 of 2021. Considering the above facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above-named, in the event of her arrest or surrender within four weeks from the date of communication of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kishanganj in connection with Kishanganj P.S.Case No. 15 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr. P.C.

Office shall ensure that all defects are removed by the petitioner within the stipulated time as provided hereinabove, failing which the matter shall be brought to the notice of this Court.
