JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 03-05-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioners seek pre-arrest bail in connection with Rajaun P.S. Case No. 612 of 2017 registered under

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.26347 of 2018 (2) dt.03-05-2018 Sections 147, 149, 341, 323, 324, 325, 379, 307 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioners that there is a case and counter case in which members of both sides sustained injuries and no injury caused to the members of the prosecution party was found on the vital part of their body, in the event of arrest or surrender in the court below within six weeks from today, the petitioners, who are said to have no criminal antecedent, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Banka in connection with Rajaun P.S. Case No. 612 of 2017 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr. P.C. (Ashwani Kumar Singh, J.) Sanjeet/- U T
