The petitioner seeks bail in Matihani P.S. Case No. 08 of 2019, instituted for the offence under Section(s) 393 of Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged in the written report that informant had gone to B.T.P.S. market by his Motorcycle bearing Registration No.BR-09T-4410. In course of returning, when he reached near Gupta Bandh Chakballi Chowk, three persons stopped him and pulled him down from the Motorcycle. After snatching the Motorcycle of the informant, all the accused persons started running away. On raising alarm by the informant, local people assembled, then the accused persons fled away leaving the Motorcycle. Out of them, one person was apprehended, on

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.27824 of 2019(2) dt.30-04-2019 2/2 chase. He disclosed his name as Pintu Kuumar (petitioner). He also disclosed the name of persons running away as Nitish Kumar and Lalan Kumar.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is in custody since 20.1.2019 having clean antecedent. He further submits that compromise has taken place between the parties. Copy of compromise petition has been enclosed as Annexure-2. Petitioner is in custody since 21.01.2019 having clean antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Shri Junaid Alam, learned Judicial Magistrate-1st Class, Begusarai, in connection with in Matihani P.S. Case No. 08 of 2019, subject to the condition that both the bailors will be close relatives of the petitioner.
