JUSTICE ARVIND SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 31-08-2022 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned A.P.P. for the State and learned counsel for the informant. The petitioner is accused in connection with Saraiya P.S. Case No. 875 of 2019, S.Tr. No. 157 of 2020 registered under Sections 302 and 120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner was twice rejected by this Court vide Cr. Misc. Nos. 22959 of 2020 and 16446 of 2021 on 03.12.2020 and 28.07.2021 respectively. He further submits that the fresh ground for grant of regular bail is that the petitioner is under custody since 31.12.2019. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case and taking into consideration the custody of the petitioner,
