The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Pakaridayal P.S. Case No. 18 of 2019 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 385, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

There is no specific allegation against the petitioner rather the same has been alleged against the co-accused Mithu Singh. In paragraph-28 of the case diary, the injury report of the informant Uma Shankar Puri shows that it is simple in nature. In the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-
