Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Lakhnaur (R.S.O.P.) P.S. Case No. 198 of 2019 registered for the offence under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case due to personal grudge and dirty politics. Further submission is that petitioner is languishing in custody since 26.08.2019.
