JUSTICE ANJANI KUMAR SHARAN ORAL ORDER 02-09-2022 At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw this anticipatory bail application in respect of petitioners no.1, 2 and 4, namely, Abo Mukhiya, Sharvan Mukhiya and Dev Kumar Mukhiya as they have already been apprehended by the police.

Permission is granted.

Accordingly, this anticipatory bail application is dismissed as withdrawn.

Now, this application survives only against petitioner no.3, Poonam Devi.

After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this anticipatory bail application.

Permission is granted.

Accordingly, this anticipatory bail application is dismissed as withdrawn.

However, if petitioner no.3, Poonam Devi surrenders before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today and prays for regular bail, the learned court below shall consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner preferably on the same day without being prejudiced by this order considering the fact that the petitioner is a female.
